Citación para reconocimiento. El que presente un documento privado en original o reproducción mecánica, podrá pedir su reconocimiento por el autor, sus herederos, un mandatario con facultades para obligar al mandante en actos de la misma índole, o el representante de la persona jurídica a quien se atribuye. El juez señalará fecha y hora para la diligencia, mediante auto que se notificará por estado a las partes; cuando se trate de un tercero, la notificación se le hará como disponen los numerales 1º y 2º del artículo 320. Si el documento esta suscrito por mandatario, se podrá citar indistintamente a este o a su mandante, y el reconocimiento que hiciere el primero producirá todos sus efectos, si aparece probado el mandato en la fecha del documento.
