Art. 8.° Autorizase al Poder Ejecutivo para suspender el cumplimiento de esta lei, ménos en la parte que permite su navegacion por las Bocas de Ceniza a los buques cargados de hielo o de maderas, sí despues de haberse empezado a cumplirse cerciorase de que es inconveniente, acerca de lo cual dará esplicaciones minuciosas al Congreso próximo.
