Cuando lo estime pertinente a los fines para que fue creada, CORPAL podrá importar directamente materias primas, las drogas y demás elementos autorizados por la ley, que se le soliciten, ateniéndose en curato a calificación de pedidos, determinación de los adjudicatarios y de sus obligaciones, a lo previsto en los artículos; anteriores.
