- Alcance y régimen aplicable . Modificase el artículo 9º de la Ley 336 de 1996 el cual quedará así: " Artículo 9. El servicio público de transporte dentro del país se prestará por empresas, personas naturales o jurídicas, legalmente constituidas de acuerdo con las disposiciones colombianas y debidamente habilitadas por la autoridad de transporte competente. La prestación del servicio público de Transporte Internacional se regirá de conformidad con los Tratados, Convenios, Acuerdos y prácticas, celebrados o acogidos por el país para tal efecto."
