La Nación procederá a construír, directamente, por conducto del Ministerio de Obras Públicas o mediante delegación en la Secretaria de Obras Públicas de Antioquia, de acuerdo con los planos elaborados por ésta y que fueron aprobados por la sección respectiva el Ministerio de Justicia, una cárcel de circuito en Yolombó (Antioquia) en el lote de terreno que suministrare el Municipio. Destínase para esta obra la suma de trescientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 350.000).
