ARTICULO 68 . El Proceso de Selección comprende la convocatoria, el concurso y el período de prueba, cuando este último fuere necesario. Todo concurso será abierto y, en consecuencia, podrán participar quienes pertenecen a la Carrera o personas ajenas a ella.
