Adición al presupuesto de gastos. Efectúase la siguiente adición al Presupuesto General de la Nación para la vigencia fiscal del 1° de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2013, en la suma de mil doscientos un millones de pesos ($1.201.000.000) moneda corriente, según el siguiente detalle:
