Art. 3°. Para proveer de mobiliario a cada una de las escuelas, se formará un Presupuesto por el Secretario de Gobierno i el Jefe del Departamento, de acuerdo con el profesor; teniendo en cuenta que no podrá esceder de doscientos pesos ( $ 200) el gasto que se aplique a ese objeto. El Presupuesto deberá obtener la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo.
