Art. 145. Los alcaldes, jefes políticos i Gobernadores harán visitas estraordinarias en los estanquillos, estancos i administraciones de tabaco, siempre que lo juzguen conveniente, o que por cualquier motivo sospechen o tengan aviso del mal desempeño de los empleados de la renta.
