Art 5° Los gobernadores de los departamentos darán un informe al fin de cada año civil al ministerio de fomento sobre el monto de las sumas recibidas de acuerdo con la distribución de que trata el artículo 3° de las reparaciones hechas en las vías de que habla el parágrafo del artículo anterior, y del costo que aquellas han ocasionado.
