Article 10

Decreto 1348 de 1992 · por el cual se dictan algunas disposiciones en materia de transporte internacional de mercancías por carretera.

El certificado de habilitación tendrá una vigencia de dos (2) años, previo el registro ante la Dirección General de Aduanas. La relación de los vehículos habilitados constará en el Anexo I del certificado de idoneidad.

Parágrafo

Para renovar o modificar el certificado de habilitación, será necesario presentar el original del anterior, además de los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 10 del presente Decreto. En caso de pérdida, para solicitar duplicado del certificado de habilitación deberá adjuntarse la denuncia respectiva y el certificado que se expide, no podrá tener una vigencia superior a la del originalmente expedido.
