Queda autorizado el Ministerio para invertir hasta cinco mil pesos ($5.000) anuales por partidas que no excedan de cincuenta pesos ($50) en adquirir de los Ingenieros copias de los planos que estos levanten siempre que abarquen a lo menos una superficie de mil hectáreas y no hayan ingresado o hayan de ingresar a ninguna Oficina pública por Ley u otro motivo cualquiera.
