º. Importación de vehículos. A las importaciones de vehículos comprendidos en los capítulos 86, 87, 88 y 89 del Arancel de Aduanas no les serán aplicables las disposiciones relativas al Régimen Aduanero Especial y en consecuencia, estarán gravadas con los tributos aduaneros correspondientes y deberán someterse al régimen de importación ordinaria que les confiere la libre disposición.
