Dentro de los límites del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, entiéndense exclusivamente para éste y para su Lotería, Beneficencia o Asistencia Social, las autorizaciones y la destinación de los impuestos que el Decreto 1092 de 1956 señala para los Departamentos y sus respectivas Loterías o Beneficencias.
