Derogado Legislación Anterior [ Mostrar ] Artículo 3°

Decreto 206 de 2021 · por el cual se imparten instrucciones en virtud de la emergencia sanitaria generada por la pandemia del Coronavirus COVID-19, y el mantenimiento del orden público, se decreta el aislamiento selectivo con distanciamiento individual responsable y la reactivación económica segura.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 3°. Aislamiento selectivo en municipios de alta afectación del Coronavirus COVID -19. Los alcaldes en los municipios de alta afectación, con la debida autorización del Ministerio del Interior y previo concepto del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, podrán restringir las actividades, áreas, zonas y hogares que consideren pertinentes para la realización de un aislamiento selectivo y focalizado, de acuerdo con la variación en el comportamiento de la pandemia del Coronavirus COVID 19.
