Artículo primero. Para los efectos del artículo primero del Decreto extraordinario número 3342-bis de 1954, se entiende por maquinaria todos los instrumentos, aparatos, maquinas, vehículos, etc., denominados o comprendidos en las Secciones XVI, XVII, XVIII y XIX del Arancel de Aduanas establecido por el Decreto número 2218 de 1950. Son piezas-repuestos las partes distintas al bloque principal, que por el desgaste en el uso normal o por otra causa sea necesario reponer para el funcionamiento de la máquina.
