Artículo único. Los Registradores de Instrumentos Públicas, y Privados llevarán por duplicado, en donde lo justifique el número de inscripciones, los libros de Registros números 1 y 2 y el libro de Anotación de Hipotecas, inscribiendo en uno las escrituras que tengan números pares y en el otro las que tengan números impares. Comuníquese y publíquese.
