ARTICULO 88 . Unidad procesal . Por cada hecho punible se adelantará una sola actuación procesal, cualquiera que sea el número de autores o partícipes, salvo las excepciones constitucionales o legales. Los hechos punibles conexos se investigarán y juzgarán conjuntamente. La ruptura de la unidad procesal no genera nulidad siempre que no afecte las garantías constitucionales. CAPITULO VII ACUMULACION
