ARTICULO 51 . La guardia de puerto de cubierta será prestada por un Oficial si el buque tiene más de 500 T.A.B., o transporta mercancías peligrosas. Caso contrario podrá ser prestada por un Contramaestre (marinero de primera clase), si el Capitán lo considera competente para realizarla.
