En casos graves o extraordinarios, a juicio del Gobierno, la Corte Suprema conocerá del recurso de nulidad, como Suprema Corte Marcial, que será compuesta de todos los magistrados y de, dos. Conjueces militares del grado de General o Coronel en servicio activo, elegidos a la suerte en el Estado Mayor General.
