El Gobierno pondra, inmediatamente despues de la sancion de esta Ley, a disposicion de la Compa|ia del Ferrocarril del Pacifico, la suma con la cual le corresponde contribuir a la reconstruccion del puente del Pi|al en el expresado ferrocarril, tomandola de las unidades libres de las Aduanas de Buenaventura y Tumaco.
