La sociedad de gestión colectiva de derecho de autor o derechos conexos, concernida, y las asociaciones y organizaciones de usuarios, deberán adelantar las negociaciones de que trata el presente capítulo teniendo como parámetro el análisis de los documentos que soporten los criterios establecidos en el artículo 1º de la Ley 719 de 2001.
