División de Recursos Humanos y Capacitación. A la División de Recursos Humanos y Capacitación le corresponde desarrollar las siguientes funciones

Ejecutar las funciones administrativas de recursos humanos de la Superintendencia.

Organizar programas de capacitación y adiestramiento para las personas al servicio de la Superintendencia de Valores.

Planear, coordinar y ejecutar el programa anual de capacitación.

Dirigir el desarrollo de cursos, seminarios y demás actos de capacitación y preparar la documentación previa a su realización.

Las demás que se le asignen de acuerdo con la naturaleza de la dependencia.
