Art. 7.° La Suprema Corte de justicia, en uso de las atribuciones que le confiere el artículo 121 de la Constitucion, conocerá de las causas de responsabilidad cualesquiera otras que se formen por contravenciones a lo dispuesto en esta lei; i el fiscal respectivo representará de oficio en tales causas por escitacion del Poder Ejecutivo, o sin ella.
