Responsabilidad fiscal y disciplinaria. Siempre que el Estado sea condenado con ocasión de obligaciones contraídas en contravención a lo dispuesto en la presente sección, las autoridades competentes seguirán las actuaciones a que haya lugar, tal como lo prevén las normas que regulan la materia.
