° Liquidación año de retiro. En caso de retiro del empleado o trabajador, el respectivo ministerio, departamento administrativo, superintendencia, establecimiento público o empresa industrial y comercial del Estado, liquidará la cesantía que corresponda al empleado o trabajador por el tiempo servido en el año de retiro.
