Art. 2.° Esta pension se abonará de la misma manera que a los militares de la Independencia, i por partes iguales, a los agraciados, así: cuarta parte a la viuda, miéntras en tal estado se mantuviere; cuarta parte a Campo Elías, su hijo, miéntras fuere menor de edad; i el resto a sus hijas Elisa i María Luisa miéntras permanecieren solteras i bajo la autoridad materna.
