Art. 27. Los alumnos del Colegio de Nuestra Señora del Rosario que durante el año de 1886 empezaron á cursar en este Establecimiento en la Facultad de Derecho, quedan eximidos de la obligación de ganar previamente todos los cursos que, según el artículo 17 son previos para tomar matrícula en dicha Facultad, pero no podrán optar al Doctorado en Derecho, sin haber completado en el mismo Establecimiento los cursos de Filosofía.
