Decreto 1333 de 1989 · Por el cual se establece el régimen de constitución, reconocimiento y funcionamiento de las precooperativas.

PROMOCIÓN Y FOMENTO. Preferencialmente el desarrollo y fomento de las precooperativas estará a cargo del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas, de los organismos cooperativos de segundo y tercer grado, de las instituciones auxiliares del cooperativismo y de otras entidades que tengan previsto este propósito en su objeto social.

Parágrafo

El Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas adoptará las medidas necesarias para apoyar la promoción de las precooperativas, con el propósito de asegurar el impulso de estas empresas asociativas. De igual manera expedirá las reglamentaciones que estime convenientes para lograr dicho objetivo.
