Artículo vigesimotercero. De los auxilios autorizados en este Acuerdo, no se girará su valor sino cuando su inversión pueda ser controlada directamente por la intendencia y visadas las cuentas respectivas por el Auditor Fiscal, cualquiera que sea su destinación.
