Artículo tercero. En lo sucesivo el Ingeniero Jefe de la Desecación del Valle; de Sogámoso, tendrá el carácter de empleado naciónal, y su sueldo, que será el mismo de $ 300 que le fijó el Departamento de Boyacá se cubrirá con cargo al capítulo 66, artículo 585 del Presupuesto Nacional vigente.
