Articulo quinto. Los Centros de Control del Paludismo estarán a cargo, cada uno de ellos, de un médico, y tendrán el personal subalterno que les asigne el Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, de acuerdo con las necesidades del servicio y el trabajo que deban realizar.
