Artículo 2° En la Facultad Nacional de Derecho se colocará un busto que perpetué su memoria, y que sea inspiración y estímulo para las generaciones del porvenir, con esta leyenda:

"José María González Valencia, máximo profesor de Derecho Civil Colombiano."
