ARTICULO 73. PRINCIPIOS DE NO DISCRIMINACION. Los operadores de la Red Telefónica Pública Conmutada (RTPC), no podrán discriminar el tráfico de los operadores de la Red de Telefonía Móvil Celular o de alguno de ellos en beneficio propio o de otro operador.
