La partida que del Tesoro Nacional se apropia por esta Ley para la obra de que se trata, se pondrá a disposición de la Gobernación de Cundinamarca, en cuatro contados, a medida que lo requieran las necesidades de la obra, y su montante se considerará incluido en los Presupuestos.
