º . Faltas absolutas . Son faltas absolutas del representante de las organizaciones ambientales no gubernamentales, las siguientes

a)

Renuncia;

b)

Declaratoria de nulidad de la elección;

c)

Condena a pena privativa de la libertad;

d)

Interdicción judicial;

e)

Incapacidad física permanente;

f)

Inasistencia a más de dos reuniones seguidas del Consejo Nacional Ambiental sin justa causa;

g)

Muerte.
