Artículo séptimo. El artículo trece del Decreto ejecutivo número 2655 de 8 de septiembre de 1954, quedará así: " Artículo trece. La credencial de cada delegado estará constituida por la copia del acta de la reunión en que haya sido elegido, con indicación de los nombres de los asistentes. Cuando haya concurrido a dicha reunión el Inspector del Trabajo, o a falta de éste, la primera autoridad política del lugar, la copia del acta deberá ser autenticada por el funcionario asistente. Otra copia del acta de la misma reunión se remitirá al Departamento Nacional de Supervigilancia Sindical".
