La programación que se realice a través del servicio de radiodifusión sonora deberá ser primordialmente trasmitida y anunciada en idioma castellano, haciendo buen uso de éste y atendiendo los dictados universales del decoro y del buen gusto. La programación difundida a través del servicio de radiodifusión sonora podrá hacerse en dialectos indígenas o lenguas nativas, siempre y cuando se observen las condiciones citadas en el inciso anterior.
