Corresponde a la Sección III todo lo relativo a informaciones sobre el movimiento económico, fiscal, intelectual e industrial del país a las Legaciones, Consulados y Oficinas de Información de Colombia y a Gobiernos, entidades y particulares extranjeros, solicitud y registro de noticias sobre asuntos extranjeros de la misma índole para entidades y personas oficiales y particulares en la República, recibo y despacho de valijas diplomáticas y todo lo concerniente a la publicación en el Diario Oficial de asuntos del Ministerio.
