INCOMPATIBILIDAD CON EL FONDO DE SOLIDARIDAD GARANTIA O CON LAS ENTIDADES QUE POR DISPOSICION LEGAL ADMINISTREN RIESGOS PROFESIONALES. No podrán ser miembros de las Juntas Directivas u organismos directivos, o empleados o accionistas de las entidades que intervengan en la administración y control del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía o de las entidades que administren riesgos profesionales por disposición legal

a)

Los representantes legales, miembros de junta directiva u organismos directivos, administradores o socios de las Entidades Promotoras de Salud.

b)

Los representantes legales, miembros de la junta directiva u organismos directivos, administradores o socios de las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud.

Parágrafo

Las personas que violen lo establecido en el presente artículo serán sancionadas y quedarán inhabilitadas para hacer parte de otras juntas directivas de las entidades señaladas de conformidad con lo establecido en el capítulo sexto del título segundo del libro primero.
