Si la cosa que estuviere embargada y secuestrada al tiempo del remate, fuere mueble, el remate no tendrá valor alguno causado dicha cosa haya sido embargada en una ejecución anterior. Tampoco tiene valor si el ejecutado tuviere pendiente juicio de concurso.
