La escritura se distinguirá con el número de orden que le corresponda expresado en letras y cifras numerales. Se anotarán el Municipio, Departamento y República, el nombre y apellidos del Notario o de quien haga sus veces y el Círculo que delimita su función., Las escrituras se numerarán ininterrumpidamente en orden sucesivo durante cada año calendario. Con ellas se formará el protocolo con el número de tomos que sea aconsejable para seguridad y comodidad de la consulta. SECCIÓN 1ª . Comparecencia
