El Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y los Saberes y el Sena regional San Andrés Isla, Centro de Formación Turística, Gente de Mar y Servicios, el Instituto de Formación Técnica Profesional (Infotep), San Andrés, la Sede Caribe de la Universidad Nacional, crearán el sistema de información, de la gastronomía del Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia, y Santa Catalina, como herramienta para la gestión del conocimiento que permita promocionar las tradiciones a nivel nacional e internacional, así como orientar, producir, difundir información relevante. Este sistema será de acceso público.
