La composición y funciones de, la Comisión de Personal y del Comité de Coordinación del Sistema de Control Interno se regirán por las disposiciones legales vigentes y reglamentarias sobre las materias aplicables a cada uno de ellos. El Rector podrá crear Comités permanentes o transitorios especiales para el estudio, análisis y asesoría en temas alusivos a la Institución.
