La representación legal del Fondo estará a cargo de un Director, designado por el Gobierno Nacional, quien deberá contar con experiencia comprobada en el sector financiero y posesionarse ante el Superintendente Bancario. En los estatutos se determinará quiénes, además del Director, contarán con representación legal y los términos y alcances de la misma.
