Artículo cuarto. Las licencias de Especialidades Farmacéuticas que sean devueltas a los interesados y que deban entrar a revisión, de conformidad con las disposiciones legales al respecto, tendrán un plazo de un año, contado a partir de la fecha de la devolución, para someterse a revisión, y el costo de los derechos de análisis será de cien pesos ($ 100.00), fuera de los gastos de publicación del Diario Oficial.
