Art. 42. Las compilaciones de obras o de noticias que pertenecen al dominio público, constituirán propiedad privada, siempre que en ellas se advierta cierto trabajo nuevo de método y coordinación. El compilador no puede oponerse a que otros publiquen las mismas noticias ordenadas bajo nuevo método y en forma distinta.
