º . El literal c) del artículo 17 del Decreto 2269 de 1993 quedará así: "Artículo 17. La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, en desarrollo de las funciones asignadas mediante el Decreto 2153 de 1992, deberá para los aspectos relacionados con el presente Decreto: (...) "c) Vigilar, controlar y sancionar a los fabricantes, importadores y comercializadores de bienes y servicios sometidos al cumplimiento de un reglamento técnico, cuyo control le haya sido expresamente asignado".
