Artículo primero . Para la utilización de los cupos de crédito en el Banco de la República, tanto las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito como el Instituto Nacional de Financiamiento y Desarrollo Cooperativo se sujetarán a las condiciones y requisitos señalados por los artículos 95 del Decreto 1598 de 1963 y 3º del número 1630 de 1963, respectivamente.
