ARTICULO 2.4.3.2.2 .- OPERACIONES ACTIVAS. El Banco Central Hipotecario podrá efectuar las siguientes operaciones

Efectuar operaciones hasta con veinte años de plazo y hacer préstamos en cédulas emitidas por el mismo banco, y

De conformidad con el artículo 4º de la ley 60 de 1968, conceder préstamos destinados a la construcción de hoteles.
